KL Rahul played the first over as Maiden against Royals
The 26th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 or currently taking place between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
Rajasthan Royals won the toss and opted to bowl. Their decision to field first so far has paid off as they have bowled staggeringly well with the new ball. Although they didn’t take a wicket in the powerplay. But they bowled some tight lines and lengths.
Trent Boult started the innings on high as he bowled a maiden over with the new ball and made the opposition batter look clueless. Who struggled to get going was KL Rahul. The batter has been under the firing line for the poor strike and playing a maiden over wouldn’t have done anything good.
Rahul has been struggling to get going in the tournament as he bagged a series of low scores. It remains to be seen how much he scored in the ongoing game.
