Real life and reel life are two entirely different dimensions for WWE wrestlers. Like in real life, Alexa Bliss is married to musician Ryan Cabrera and she tied the knot in 2022.
However, since then, Alexa has been away from on-screen romances which is usually used for the sake of the storylines. With that being said, she continues to deliver one solid promo after the other.

In December 2017, WWE started a romantic angle between Nia Jax and Enzo Amore and it somewhat seemed pretty well with the audiences only for the entire storyline to be scrapped after Amore was fired due to allegations of assault. The erstwhile superstar was cleared of any allegations due to insufficient evidence.

However, Amore went onto say this later that had that storyline not being scrapped, then he was going to be Alexa Bliss’ boyfriend in kayfabe. Unfortunately, things didn’t pan out as they should have and eventually the storyline remained only in the papers.
Talking on the Stone Cold Steve Austin show, Amore said, “I was about to be with Alexa Bliss. If you want to make Enzo the ultimate heel, what’s the ultimate way to make him a heel? Scr*w over the girl [Nia Jax] and go with the skinny girl, right? That is something everyone can relate to. I think Nia’s beautiful. I’d probably choose her over Alexa in real life!”

After the entire incident, WWE was forced to scrap the entire plan because Enzo Amore was no longer a part of the storyline and eventually by the time the entire case was solved with Amore being vindicated, WWE chose to pit Bliss challenge Nia Jax by making fun of her weight. Bliss and Jax have been best friends in real life.
