“His Last Match Was At Mania, What Are You Talking About?”- Twitter Reacts To Idea Of Shawn Michaels Returning To Ring

Shawn Michaels recently confirmed that he will never come out of retirement and have one more WWE match. Michaels had his last singles WWE match against The Undertaker at WrestleMania, where he had put his career on the line to break The Undertaker’s streak. However, the Deadman emerged victorious in that clash.

Since then, Michaels has made regular appearances for WWE. He also came out of retirement for a dream match back in 2018. Michaels teamed up with his DX teammate Triple H to take on the Brothers of Destruction at WWE Crown Jewel 2018. It was not the best match of any of the four legends involved, but fans enjoyed the in-ring work of Shawn Michaels.

After that match, the rumor mill was abuzz with the claim that Michaels would come out of retirement for one more match. Rumors even claimed that AJ Styles could be his opponent in his last-ever singles match. However, Michaels has now confirmed that he will never come out of retirement.
