WWE rubbishes claims of Alberto Del Rio coming back

As per del Rio’s statement that he was heading to WWE this year again until Vince McMahon was stripped off his position in the company. He believes that had it not been for Vince’s resignation, then he would have definitely made it to the peak of all companies.

However, leading reporter in wrestling, Fightful Select effectively snubbed out Del Rio’s claims that WWE is never going back to the Mexican superstar despite the long-running roar of LWO. Del Rio who is 46 years old has been out of the company since 2016 when he was released post which he violated the WWE wellness contract.

December 2021 saw Del rio of being alleged for kidnapping and aggravated assaults and this came in the wake of May 2020 post which he was released for $50000 bail. With so many controversies on the horizon, it is believed that WWE will never look at Del Rio.

WWE has made it clear under Triple H that they will not allow any wrestler with a criminal background and that too with such a crossroads history with the company to be a part of this industry anymore.
