Trish Stratus has been running rings around Becky Lynch for a while now and after a thrashing that she received from the Man at the Money in the Bank. Well, it wasn’t just Becky, but Trish was being tossed around emphatically in the Ladder match for the women where she kept on copping one bump after the other on her face. As a result, she arrived on Monday Night Raw alongside Zoey Stark with a face gear on, that somehow gave away the belief that she was injured.
Well, what exactly could have been the reason that Trish had her face guarded heavily. Well, for the ones who have been following the sport for a while knows that there was a link to the early days of WWE where Trish Stratus and Lita would run riots in the echelons of the women’s section.

As far as the protective gear on her face is concerned, a few fans have pointed out that this is simply an attempt by Trish Stratus to rekindle a tight spot that she shared with Lita after breaking her nose in the WWE Survivor Series 2004.
Why is Trish Stratus after Becky Lynch on WWE RAW?
The woman who was deemed as the perfect face of the Divas, would actually go onto sell that injury of hers back in 2004 for the next couple of weeks. She would use a gear back then which would not only act as a face guard but also a weapon in certain matches unless she turned face in 2005.
Surprisingly for Trish Stratus, this face guard comes in the wake of Becky Lynch’s nose being busted by Zoey Stark. Zoey Stark landed an elbow against Lynch while the latter was in a match up with Trish Stratus at the Night of the Champions.

Lynch and Trish were fighting side by side for a couple of PPVs only for Trish to betray the Man. Later at the Night of Champions, when Trish Stratus was being incessantly hammered away by Becky, that is when Zoey intervened and left Becky with a jarred nose.
