Here Is The Reason Why Kairi Sane Will Return To WWE

Kairi Sane will make her return to WWE soon. The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion is reportedly ready to come back to America and wrestle for the biggest pro wrestling promotion in the world once again.

Sane left WWE in 2021. After her exit, she captured the IGWP Women’s Championship and returned to Stardom in the year 2022. Many fans felt that she would continue wrestling for other promotions and never return to WWE.

However, according to reports, Kairi Sane has agreed to return to WWE. It is unclear on which date she will make her return, but Wrestling Observer reported that there were two major reasons behind Sane’s return.

The first reason is the success that IYO Sky has achieved in the last 12 months. After becoming a free agent in mid-2022, Sky returned as a part of the Damage CTRL faction alongside Bayley and Dakota Kai. She won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships with Kai.

Soon after, she won the women’s Money in the Bank contract in London. Sky successfully cashed in her MITB contract at SummerSlam and pinned Bianca Belair to become the new WWE Women’s Champion.

The second reason why Kairi Sane has agreed to return to WWE is that Triple H is handling the creative team now. Hunter worked with her during her stint on NXT, and he knows about her talent and skills.

Why did Kairi Sane leave WWE?

Kairi Sane worked for WWE from 2017 to 2021. In 2020, she decided to leave WWE and return to Japan due to personal reasons. To write her off TV, WWE booked a segment where Sasha Banks and Bayley brutally assaulted Kairi and her then partner, Asuka.

Sane defeated Bayley in her last match before WWE exit. In October 2020, she started to work as an ambassador for WWE in Japan. She also worked as a trainer for the company.
