“Did Not Want My Pants Coming Down”- Madcap Moss Reveals Who Advised Him To Wear Suspenders While Wrestling

Madcap Moss is one of the rising stars on WWE’s SmackDown brand. The former WWE 24/7 Champion had an intense rivalry with Happy Corbin on the blue brand which saw him having the last laugh over his opponent. Moss is looking for a new rivalry now, and his new look has captured the attention of the fans.

Previously, when he portrayed the role of Happy Corbin’s sidekick, Moss would pair suspenders and belt during his appearances on WWE TV. However, after turning babyface, he wrestles shirtless with a pair of trunks with his incredible physique on full display.

In a recent interview with NBC Sports Boston, Moss discussed the change in his look and revealed that it was Happy Corbin who suggested he try the suspenders. Explaining the reason why he wore them during his TV appearances, Moss said:

“Still a lot of people gave me grief for that, but I just really did not want my pants coming down during any matches. And you know, it was unique, so I thought it was a unique, different, and also functional look. And so that’s kind of how the suspenders came about. I have officially ditched the suspenders now.”

Madcap Moss will be in action on this week’s WWE SmackDown episode

The road to WWE SummerSlam continues on this week’s SmackDown episode. The company has announced multiple matches for the show, and one of them is a battle between Madcap Moss and Mr. Money in the Bank Theory.

It looks like Theory has multiple opponents for himself now because he is already involved in a rivalry with Bobby Lashley for the WWE United States Championship, while Dolph Ziggler made a stunning return to RAW in the main event this week and hit a superkick to Theory. It should not be a surprise if Ziggler attacks Theory again.
