Reece Topley is one of the most injury-prone players in the game right now. He played all of SA20 2024 but he has not got an NOC from the ECB to participate in the upcoming PSL. It is said that he has picked up an injury. A few weeks later, Reece Topley is all set to play for RCB in IPL 2024. Reece Topley is out of PSL 2024

Time and again, Reece Topley gets injured and it is disappointing that we are not able to see the full potential of the cricketer. Even in IPL 2023, he had a brilliant first spell in the first game and then, he picked up an injury while fielding. Later, he had to miss the season. It was not the first time that Topley had to suffer this fate. Earlier, as well, he had to miss many times from various competitions.

SA20 was a good tournament for the English pacer. He played for Durban Super Giants, one of the finalists of the season. He was preparing for a stint in the Pakistan Super League. Now, he is not available again for a tournament.

Reece Topley was the only foreign pacer in RCB before auctions. There are already concerns about the availability of Tom Curran. Now, with Topley also having an injury problem, some of the RCB fans took to X to talk about the situation. Topley is likely to be fit by IPL 2024, though. That said, he might not be the preferred pick for RCB in the playing XI. The team can afford only one foreign pacer and it could be either Alzarri Joseph or Lockie Ferguson because the team needs someone who can bowl in the middle-overs. He was fit for the entire SA20. RCB fans were worried if the law of averages will catch up with him & now he's out of PSL.
