WWE has released a list of Superstars who are no longer signed by the company as of August 2022. NXT UK brand had defined as a main stay for future WWE Superstars in the native country.
A highly competitive initiative sub developmental territory to the main NXT in Orlando started back in June 2018, the brand focused on showcasing talents specifically from the U.K on a weekly basis. NXT UK is known to produce some of the best talents who went to make a name in the industry such as Gunther, Pete Dunne, Toni Storm, Tyler Bate to name a few.

It was recently that the current NXT brand would be dissolved, expanding its borders to the entire Europe and would be re-branded as NXT Europe. After the announcement of NXT brand’s relaunch, the news broke of three NXT UK Superstars Mark Andrews, Flash Morgan Webster, Amale and Wild Boar being released. The wave didn’t stop there as a per report by PWInsider, 17 more Superstars departed from the company and moved to the alumni section:

With the aforementioned releases, the total number of WWE Superstars let go from the company becomes 21. As announced yesterday, WWE is set to present ‘Worlds Collide’ on Sunday, September 4 featuring NXT vs NXT UK brand, a day after WWE Clash at the Castle after which NXT UK would go on a brief hiatus. Following this WWE special, the hiatus would come to an end with the launch of NXT Europe in 2023 starting the next revolution by the new regime of WWE.
The current roster page of NXT UK features the following Superstars: NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate, Wolfgang, Stevie Turner, Rohan Raja, Rampage Brown, Oliver Carter, Noam Dar, Nigel McGuinness, NXT Women’s Champion Meiko Saromura, Mark Coffey, Joseph Conners, Joe Coffey, Johnny Saint, Isla Dawn, Jinny, llja Dragunov, Blair Davenport, Charlie Dempsey, Aoife Valkyrie, Andy Shepherd, A-Kid and Aleah James.
