Premier League football is something that a lot of cricketers are interested in and a lot of cricketers watch it on a regular basis as well, the Indian wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav was also watching the much anticipated Manchester United Vs Liverpool game yesterday and was criticizing United’s style of play.
Manchester United used to be a Champion side in the Premier League in the 90s and the 2000s and used to dominate over their arch-rivals, Liverpool. The situation has, however, turned upside down in the last few years as United has seen a severe downfall, while Liverpool has significantly raised their standard of football and are contending for the Premier League title almost every year now.
Yesterday’s game against United was very important for Liverpool because they had to win to make sure they don’t fall behind Manchester City in the title race and since it was a derby game as well, there was a lot of anticipation for the game, not just in UK, but around the world.

Kuldeep Yadav also seemed to be the one who was watching the game and he tweeted that there doesn’t seem to be any spark in Manchester United’s style of play. Neither are they solid in their defense, nor are they one of those teams which press the opposition high and what’s annoying is that they repeatedly lose the ball in the “final third” area of the pitch as well.

Kuldeep doesn’t generally tweet about football, so when he tweeted about it yesterday, one of the fans suggested him to focus on his own game, that is cricket, rather than tweeting about football, to which Kuldeep humbly replied, “haha, okey bhai”.
