Is Jade Cargill A Spy Sent By AEW To WWE? Former Writer Comments

Veteran wrestler Vince Russo has proposed an unusual plot concept in which Jade Cargill would play an AEW spy entering the WWE.

The WWE noted the enormous hype around Jade Cargill’s signing on SmackDown and the most recent RAW. Rumours persist that Jade Cargill, who is presently sharpening her abilities at the Performance Centre, may make an appearance at Fastlane 2023 and ultimately join the RAW brand.

In an interview with Sportskeeda’s Writing with Russo, Vince Russo unveiled a bold plot idea, while the specifics of her character are yet undisclosed. In his proposed narrative, Cargill would captivate WWE management, ultimately revealing that she had been an AEW operative all along, gathering intelligence on talent and their contracts.

“Bro, whether it’s Pearce, I just wish it was somebody in that role. Like, she (Jade Cargill) really starts buttering up the management. Whether Trips makes cameos or whatever the case may be, and I would love, to find out, she was sent over by the other company to get all the intel on people’s contracts and what they are getting paid,” stated Vince Russo.

Furthermore, Vince Russo emphasized that, if he were in charge of crafting this storyline, it would be an extended narrative spanning at least a year.

“It’s very much Kevin Nash-Scott Hall nWo, it’s very much that way. If I were writing that story, what I told would play out for over a year, and then we drop the bomb and find out she’s been giving the company she came from all the intel on all the talent,” added Russo.

Raquel Rodriguez spoke about Jade Cargill in WWE

During a recent appearance on WWE’s The Bump, Raquel Rodriguez shared her thoughts on Cargill’s WWE signing, highlighting its contribution to the growth of the company’s women’s division. Rodriguez humorously remarked that Cargill was now on the list of stars set to be squashed by her in the future.

I think it is great. Like we were talking about, our women’s division is growing. We are main-eventing different shows on all the platforms, all the way across. So to get another talent from an outside company to come in, and she’s got such a massive following,” she expressed.

While the exact trajectory of Jade Cargill’s WWE journey remains uncertain, it’s evident that she is poised to become a significant presence within the company’s ranks.
