“Every Ronda Rousey Match Is Bad Because Of Ronda Rousey,” Twitter Unhappy As Shotzi Loses To SmackDown Women’s Champion At Survivor Series 2022

Ronda Rousey successfully defended her WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship at WWE Survivor Series 2022 in a match against Shotzi. Shayna Baszler was in Ronda’s corner for this match, and the champion started as the favorite to win the bout.

As expected, Shotzi gave Ronda a run for her money, but the rising star of the women’s division fell short in the end. Ronda locked her in the Arm-bar and made her submit. It was a good match with a couple of memorable spots. However, fans expected more from it because it was the only women’s singles match on the entire match card of WWE Survivor Series 2022.

It was an emotional night for Shotzi. Just before the match, she had a brief interview, where she said:

“I just have both my dads in mind for this whole match. This is dedicated to them. This is everything they ever dreamt of.”

Fans were disappointed with the performance of Rousey. She has struggled on the mic since her return to WWE, and her in-ring performances have not been great either. There are no more premium live events remaining in 2022, which is why it seems unlikely that Rousey will lose her championship in the near future.

It looks like Becky Lynch vs. Ronda is the rivalry that will begin on the road to WrestleMania 39. The Man has returned to WWE and recorded a big win earlier tonight at Survivor Series. She has all the momentum on her side, and fans would not be a surprised if she wins the Royal Rumble 2023 and goes on to WrestleMania 39 to challenge Ronda for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
