“2005 MS Dhoni In The House”- Twitter Reacts As Vintage Dhoni Smashes 1st Ball 6 Against LSG

The seventh game of IPL 2022 is underway right now, where the Chennai Super Kings are locking horns with the Lucknow Super Giants at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Vintage MS Dhoni has entertained the fans in style with a six and a four on his first two balls of the innings.

Dhoni seems to have regained his lost form in the IPL 2022 season because he scored his first half-century of the season in the first match against a quality Kolkata Knight Riders bowling lineup, against which most of the Chennai Super Kings batters struggled.

Tonight, in the match between the Chennai Super Kings and the Lucknow Super Giants, CSK started off well, thanks to a half-century from Robin Uthappa. Moeen Ali and Shivam Dube took advantage of the good start and took the total closer to 200. MS Dhoni provided the finishing touch with an unbeaten six-ball 16.

Speaking to the host broadcasters after the first innings of the match between the Chennai Super Kings and the Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2022, Moeen Ali, who scored 35 runs, said:

“It’s a great wicket. Nice to get some runs under the belt. It’s difficult for the bowlers with some dew. We will have to bowl really well to win this one. You need to have a good start, especially over here. Not really set a target, but just keep going to build on the good start.”

Last year, in IPL 2021, during a match between the Delhi Capitals and the Chennai Super Kings, Avesh Khan dismissed MS Dhoni for a duck. Tonight, the Chennai Super Kings wicket-keeper batter smashed a six off his first ball. He followed it up a four as CSK fans got a sight of vintage Dhoni.
