Massive Update On Bryan Danielson’s AEW Future – Reports

There has been significant information revealed about Bryan Danielson’s future with AEW. His contract is scheduled to expire in September 2024. According to a Wrestling Observer Radio report, Dave Meltzer made this disclosure.

Bryan Danielson, famously known as ‘The American Dragon,’ penned a three-year agreement with Tony Khan’s AEW in the summer of 2021, making a spectacular debut at the All Out 2021 pay-per-view on September 5th. Given Danielson’s injury history, there exists the possibility for Khan to extend the contract’s duration if he deems it necessary. However, Meltzer speculated that the AEW founder and CEO is unlikely to engage in any contentious negotiations if Bryan Danielson desires to part ways.

In a recent statement, Danielson expressed his intention to reduce his involvement as a full-time in-ring performer by the following August. If, upon the conclusion of his current contract, the former WWE Champion opts to leave the company, AEW will have no recourse to prevent his departure.

What is Bryan Danielson’s future? Will he return to WWE soon?

Meltzer further noted that while Bryan Danielson holds no animosity towards WWE, and the ever-unpredictable world of professional wrestling keeps all doors open, it doesn’t appear that Danielson envisions a return to the wrestling juggernaut once his AEW contract reaches its natural conclusion.

After an amazing year in the squared circle, Bryan Danielson’s path took an unexpected turn when he suffered a broken orbital bone. This resulted in an indefinite break from in-ring combat. As of right now, no firm date has been set for his expected return.

Fans and industry insiders alike continue to be fascinated and captivated by the story that is developing around Bryan Danielson’s future, as the wrestling world impatiently awaits more revelations. It will be interesting to see what happens next in this story. As of now, Bryan continues to be with AEW.
