England actually has some tough competitors in the Super 12 stage of the T20 WC. They are grouped along with Australia and New Zealand, who played in the finals of the 2021 T20 WC. Hence, this will be a big challenge for the Englishmen. They will also have to face Afghanistan, which is very capable of causing an upset. England has the team but they need to be careful and must stick to their basics well to progress to the next stage,

The aggressive brand of cricket employed by England is now the template for many other nations. If England can maintain this approach, they will have a good chance of winning the trophy. Yes, they will miss the likes of Jonny Bairstow but there are suitable backups in the form of Phil Salt and Alex Hales.
