It’s fair to say that even at the age of 37, Dinesh Karthik is the most proactive player. The keeper batter after a staggering performance in IPL 2022 made his dream a reality and was back in the Indian setup.
He displayed some staggering performances for Team India and then made it into the World Cup squad. He failed to set the stage on fire in the tournament and then was dropped from India’s tour to New Zealand.
Karthik then went back to commentating duties, which he used to do a year before when he was not part of the Indian team. Just when many thought his cricketing career is almost over, the keeper batter surprised many and went back to domestic cricket.
