India beat Sri Lanka in the final at Wankhede Stadium and lifted their second ODI World Cup title. Meanwhile, the final of the 2023 ODI World Cup will reportedly be held at the world’s largest cricket stadium, Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Recently, the Narendra Modi Stadium hosted the fourth Test of the Border Gavaskar Trophy series between India and Australia. Meanwhile, during the World Cup 2023 final, more than 1 lakh supporters are expected to fill the stands and root for the teams playing the final.

Meanwhile, the international cricket body, the ICC hasn’t announced the fixtures for the tournament yet. However, it has been confirmed that the marquee event will be played from October 5 to November 19 across different venues in India.

It seems that Pakistan have no other option but to play in the World Cup. If they don’t play, they will suffer huge losses. The Green Shirts are expected to travel to India for the World Cup 2023.
