India Vs England Test Series Streaming – When And Where To Watch?

India vs England, 2021: India’s journey in the second edition of the World Test Championship is all set to kick-off as they take on the mighty English in the latter’s backyard for a five-match Test series. Despite being phenomenal throughout the tournament they had to rue a disgruntled conclusion to the opening edition of the fray after a woeful loss in the finale to New Zealand.

Despite the series happening in England, India will have a slight psychological advantage as England will be without the likes of a few key players with Ben Stokes being the latest addition to the long list. The last time England and India collided with each other, India humbled the Three Lions emphatically with a rip-roaring turnaround despite a defeat in the opening Test of the series.

However, the last time these two teams squared off in England, India had to suffer a humiliating shellacking against the formidable English side walking away with a 4-1 victory. Despite having the advantage, things won’t really be easy for India with a questionable faring from their batting line-up in the past few series.

The Indian batting line-up has been characterized by a few questionable performances, especially from the likes of their most reliable pillars, Kohli, Rahane and Pujara. Rohit Sharma has been a silver lining in the otherwise cloudy sky while Rishabh Pant has displayed promise with the willow. Barring the occasional bursts of brilliance from these two, India had to rely on moments of individual brilliance from various other superstars to reel them back in severe predicaments.

However, with all said and done, no rubber is won on the paper and history plays a very minimal role in defining the upshot of a game. It will all boil down to the character of the Indian cricketers on the field with the opening bout slated to happen at Trent Bridge.
