David Warner Wrote An Emotional Tweet For All The Sunrisers Hyderabad Fans

SRH is locked in a battle against MI in their last game of the season

In a heart-wrenching post, David Warner penned a goodbye message to the SRH loyalists as the Sunrisers are playing the last game of the ongoing IPL. Rooted in the last spot with just three victories so far, the Orange Army has been involved in a collision against the mighty Mumbai Indians.

The man who won three Orange Caps, which is by far the highest by a batsman in the glittering antiquity of IPL, David Warner found himself at the receiving end after a gulf between the management and him that led to him being stripped of the captaincy.

What exactly happened to Warner?

However, given the charisma that he brings to the table, he couldn’t be dropped from the team in the two opening matches of IPL after its resumption. However, a poor display in those two matches forced the SRH management to deal a stringent hand, even though it did very little to change the fortunes of the side.

Warner took to Instagram to pen a beautiful message that read, “Thank You for the memories created. To all the fans, you have been a driving force for our team always to give 100%. I can’t thank you all enough for the support shown. It’s been a great ride. My family and I are going to miss you all!! #respect #cricket #hyderabad One last effort today.”

Warner’s IPL career at a glimpse

The Australian southpaw has been a part of the IPL for a staggering 150 games from which he has managed to score 5449 runs at an extraordinary average of 41 plus and an excellent strike rate of 139 plus. He has whacked 525 fours and 201 sixes.

In the mega-auction which is slated to happen for the next year, Warner will be a big name, and it is needless to say that multiple suitors will duke out a bloodfest to land his signature on their team sheet.
