“Calmness got doubled” – Instagram reacts as Sanju Samson meets MS Dhoni ahead of CSK vs RR clash

Chennai Super Kings might have kick-started their tournament with a defeat over Gujarat Titans but they emerged as the victorious side against the likes of Lucknow Super Giants and Mumbai Indians.

Having played three games so far, CSK won twice and lost once and they will be looking forward to securing the third win of this season. However, the upcoming game is going to be slightly tough as they will lock horns with Rajasthan Royals.

Sanju Samson-led Rajasthan Royals have performed pretty well as a team. They won the game by 72 runs in their first game but lost to Punjab Kings by five runs in their second game. After tasting defeat, they went on to beat Rajasthan Royals by 57 runs and secured their second win of this season.

Rajasthan Royals will take on Chennai Super Kings tomorrow at Chepauk Stadium or MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Rajasthan Royals are currently second on the table whereas MS Dhoni and Co are fifth on the table due to a difference in net run rate.

Meanwhile, ahead of the clash between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals, a picture featuring CSK captain, MS Dhoni and Rajasthan Royals’ captain, Sanju Samson has been doing the rounds on the internet.

Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson was spotted posing for a picture with MS Dhoni. Sanju Samson took to his official Instagram handle and then posted a picture along with a sweet caption which reads, “Vaathi is here”, which means the “teacher is here”.

Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals have produced the finest encounters over the years. Both teams locked horns with each other on 27 encounters. CSK slightly have the upper hand as they won 15 games whereas Rajasthan Royals won 12 games so far. The Royals won the last two meetings over CSK in IPL.
