Tilak Varma rushed off while punching the air. Wow, he really took it to RCB. At 20-3 and 48-4 after SKY’s dismissal, MI didn’t have a chance, but Tilak has been a rock for them. Tilak has shown enough maturity or talent tonight, but it still may not be enough. The pressure was applied to MI due to the failures of their big guns and the superb bowling of Karn Sharma and Michael Bracewell in the middle, but 60 runs were scored in the last four overs, turning the tide. Nehal Wadhera and Arshad Khan have helpful supporting roles, but Tilak is the real star of the performance. There’s little doubt RCB wishes they hadn’t let things slide away, but they’re confident they can still win because of their batting.
