1) Abhinav Mukund
Abhinav Mukund is an exceptional performer when it comes to FC Cricket. Hence, it was not a surprise that he got a chance with Team India. However, he was unable to leave an impression and hence, had to drop out of the XI.
Mukund played in the second Test of that series in 2017. While he scored a zero in the first innings, in the next innings, he made 16 runs. Although India won that game, Mukund was left out for the next fixture.
2) Kuldeep Yadav
Kuldeep Yadav is one of the players you might not know who played for India when Australia last visited India for a Test series. It appears that Kuldeep is slowly making his strides in Test cricket. However, it was in this series that Kuldeep Yadav made his Test debut.
Considering Australia has a lot of left-handers, Kuldeep is sure to be selected in the squad for the Australia series. In fact, he could even get to be in the playing XI.
3) Bhuvneshwar Kumar
It has been a long time since Bhuvneshwar Kumar played for India in Tests. It was mainly due to his injury issues that Bhuvi was sidelined from Tests.
Now, it is hard to imagine Bhuvi in the Test pace attack that India has. Hence, it is actually surprising that the Uttar Pradesh pacer was part of that team.
