CM Punk’s return to the ring was marked by an unfortunate triceps tear when he was a part of the Royal Rumble. While going toe-to-toe with Drew McIntyre, in one of the jumps onto the ring, Punk landed on his triceps and his facial expressions clearly gave away the pain that he was in. While the other WWE Superstars were still contemplating where does this move lead to, Bayley ensured the fact that she is taking time to pay tribute to CM Punk.
Punk returned to WWE at the end of Survivor Series 2023 and then followed it up by entering the Royal Rumble in 2024. He was in electric touch and was a part of the final four. However, while trying to execute one of the splashy moves, he got himself injured that ruled him out straight for a couple of months which is still lingering around and the Straight Edge Superstar doesn’t know whether he can be a part of WrestleMania.

With someone of Punk’s stature being injured, this is bound to invoke reactions and one star who was truly affected with what happened was one of the leading faces in women’s wrestling and that was Bayley. She was promoting her new T-shirt and in the process also paid tribute to the iconic Straight Edge Superstar.
Bayley said, “Wish I was there with dat shirt, but I’m here with dis shirt. 40 DAYZ #BayleySeason.” Well, seems that the message was more than well taken and the fans loved it. However, did the superstar who was being supported actually knew?
Bayley will be facing off Iyo Sky with Damage CTRL in her side in the upcoming Showcase of Immortals where she will be hoping to land the title. Bayley won the Women’s Royal Rumble eventually securing her transcendence to the greatest event of all time.
