Australia and Zimbabwe are currently involved in a three-match ODI series. The first of the three matches happened on 28th August. While the next game will happen on 31st August, the final match will be on 3rd September. It was an easy win for Australia in the first game. Zimbabwe could make just 200 runs and help by some solid knocks by David Warner and Steve Smith, the target was chased comfortably. Overall, it was a complete performance by the hosts.
On the other hand, Zimbabwe will want to put on a better show on Wednesday. Batting first, at one point, they were 104-3. It was expected that they would at least get to 250. However, a collapse ensued and the team lost all its wickets for 200. With that score, it was always going to be hard to defend the score against the brilliant batting attack of the Aussies.

So far, only 3 ODI games have happened at this stadium. The third match was the first ODI between Australia and Zimbabwe. Hence, there is very little data to analyze the pattern of pitch behavior.
However, it needs to be noted that in all three matches so far, the side batting second has won the encounter. Hence, for the captain winning the toss, making a decision will not be difficult. The temperature is likely to be around 23 degrees celsius on Wednesday. This is likely to remain the same throughout the day, although we can expect some higher temperatures around noon.
Although there could be clouds, rain is unlikely to impact the game. Hence, we can expect uninterrupted action on 31st August.
