1) Brydon Carse – James Carse

James Carse is a batter who played a few FC games. He spent most of his playing time in Zimbabwe. Brydon is a key figure in the England setup.

He is a bowling all-rounder and could be used as a rotation option by Brendon McCullum. He did well against India recently. The player will represent SRH in IPL 2025.

2) Tom Banton, son of Colin Banton, will play for England in the ICC Champions Trophy

Tom Banton is one of the sons of former cricketers who will play for England in the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy. Colin Banton was born in South Africa but played a few FC games in England.

Banton was not in the squad in the first place. Later, when Jacob Bethell got injured, Banton came as his replacement. He will be the backup top-order batter in the side. He could also come in the middle order in some games.
