Stoinis is one of the Australian cricketers RCB targeted in IPL 2025 Mega Auctions but could not sign. RCB made multiple bids for the big-hitter at the recent auctions. However, they could not secure the player.
Stoinis would have added raw power in the lower middle order of the side. He would have also been a fine all-rounder to add balance to the setup. Later, RCB hired Liam Livingstone and Tim David.
