3 top performers in the Hundred 2024 whom RCB can target for IPL 2025

The Hundred 2024 finished recently. Now, before the IPL 2025 retentions and auctions, there is no major T20 league happening apart from the CPL and the start of the BBL. Hence, a few franchises will consider the Hundred as the league to identify some targets. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of three top performers in the Hundred 2024 whom RCB can target for IPL 2025.

1) Adam Zampa – If released by Rajasthan Royals

With 19 wickets and an economy of around 7, Adam Zampa was the best bowler in the Hundred 2024. Unfortunately, he has yet to do well in the IPL. That could change, though, in the next seasons.

RCB needs a lead spinner in the playing XI. They lacked it in IPL 2024 and hence had to suffer in key moments. If Zampa is available, he would be a very good option to have on the side.

2) Ben Duckett

Ben Duckett is one of the top performers in the Hundred 2024 whom RCB can target for IPL 2025. Although he is an opener in Tests, he is more of a middle-order batter in the white-ball formats.

He is extremely aggressive and can take the game away from the opposition in a few overs. His strike rate was close to 170 and he was one of the highest run-getters in the Hundred 2024. Considering he is a left-hander, many teams could target the Englishman.

3) Sam Curran – If released by Punjab Kings

Of course, the priority for RCB would be to retain Cameron Green as the overseas all-rounder. He offers more value to the side in both the departments of the game.

However, if the dynamics do not allow RCB to retain Green, they could target Sam Curran. Curran picked 17 wickets and also scored more than 200 runs. He was brilliant in both the departments. If Punjab Kings release him, RCB could target the cricketer.
