WWE Summerslam 2023 is still a month away and believe this or not but one of the biggest matches of the PPV and may also very well be a match of the year is Jey Uso going head to head against Roman Reigns in a match up for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Well, the belt is still not involved but in the last week’s episode of SmackDown while addressing the Usos he did mention that as long as the belt is around him, he is still the Tribal Chief.
In fact, after the beatdown inflicted upon Roman and Solo Sikoa, the title was being held by Jey Uso, as a homage to the fact that they will probably be putting one belt on the line. However, it is a debatable call and may be discussed before any move is made. At the moment Roman Reigns should call the shots to make this battle a lot more appealing for the fans and here are three reasons why Roman Reigns should beat Jey Uso.
#1 Roman Reigns can keep the rivalry with Jey Uso alive by winning at Summerslam 2023

Reigns would be hoping to avenge his earlier defeat at the hands of the Usos and in recent times they have been doing all the right rounds to dominate the Tribal Chief. However, another victory for Jey Uso can seriously undermine Roman’s prospect and eventually the massive build up where Solo Sikoa turns on Roman may very well lose its sheen. Hence it is imperative that Roman wins this battle.
#2 Settling the scores with a victory for Roman will open up the scope for a grand finale
A victory for Roman means another match-up where both the sides go all guns blazing and eventually the win would also bring Roman Reigns back to where he belonged, the pedestal of the kings for the Bloodline. This means the two factions at it, the Usos and the Bloodline would eventually get a final say at the coveted grand finale.

Ideally, if Roman wins, that would witness the help of Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman particularly after being kicked by the Usos. However, if Roman can win with the help of Paul and Solo, then that would allow the Usos to seek help and who better than one of their family member, The Rock when they have such a long lineage, particularly imparting flesh and blood to the concept of Bloodline.
