Former Indian cricket team batter Sanjay Manjrekar thinks that the fans should not rule out an Indian win at Edgbaston in the ongoing ICC World Test Championship match against the English outfit. As per Manjrekar, Team India has the potential to defend 119 runs on the final day and take seven English wickets in Birmingham.
The fourth day of the Test match concluded earlier today, with half-centuries from Jonny Bairstow and Joe Root helping the England cricket team finish with 259/3 in 57 overs. They are chasing 378 runs to level the ICC World Test Championship series. England need 119 runs to win their second Test of the series, while India need seven wickets.

Before the fifth match of this ICC World Test Championship series started, Sanjay Manjrekar opined that the visitors will dearly miss the services of their skipper Rohit Sharma and vice-captain KL Rahul. Explaining the reason behind it, Manjrekar said on ESPNCricinfo:
“It was just the remarkable effort of KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma at the top that saw India put up good enough scores.”
