The new entrants of the Indian Premier League, Lucknow Super Giants, unveiled their brand new logo ahead of the 2022 IPL Mega Auction. The Super Giants shared a brief video of their new logo, and many fans thought that it was a combination of the Rising Pune Supergiant logo and the Pune Warriors India logo.

The Super Giants will make their IPL debut in the 2022 season. The Sanjeev Goenka group bought the franchise ahead of the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League. Before this, the group owned the Rising Pune Supergiant team in the 2016 and 2017 editions of the Indian Premier League.

The Super Giants made their social media debut long back. Besides that, the Super Giants have also signed Gautam Gambhir as their mentor. The head coach of the team is Andy Flower, whereas the assistant coach is former Indian cricketer Vijay Dahiya.
