Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra recently commented on the unsuccessful reviews that Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has taken in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League so far. MS Dhoni is the skipper of the Chennai Super Kings team, and under his leadership, the Chennai-based franchise have already qualified for the playoffs of the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League.
In fact, it is highly likely that the Chennai Super Kings will finish in the Top 2 of the points’ table in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League. However, of late, the Chennai Super Kings team has not performed well in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League. The Chennai Super Kings team lost its previous match against the Rishabh Pant-led Delhi Capitals at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Before that, the Chennai Super Kings team had suffered a defeat against the Rajasthan Royals team.

Many fans popularly call the Decision Review System (DRS) in the cricket world as Dhoni Review System because the success rate of MS Dhoni has been excellent. Many times Dhoni has called the review right and reversed the umpire’s decision. However, as per Aakash, the Dhoni Review System has not been the same of late. Here’s what the former Indian cricketer wrote on his official Twitter handle:
“Earlier : Dhoni Review System Now : Dhyan Se Lena Review System Only one successful review by MSD in the last 10 reviews taken.”

MS Dhoni took an unsuccessful review against the Delhi Capitals yesterday at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium
As mentioned ahead, there was a match between the Chennai Super Kings and the Delhi Capitals yesterday at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. CSK were asked to bat first, and they scored 136/5 in their 20 overs.
Chasing 137 to record their second win over the Chennai Super Kings team in IPL 2021, DC lost two wickets in the powerplay. On the last ball of the powerplay, MS Dhoni asked for a review when the umpire said not out for a ball that went past Pant on the leg side. The decision stayed despite Dhoni’s review.
