The one female Superstar who debuted as a model-looking reality TV star morphed into a sidekick of a devious group called Absolution, had a lackluster run on the main roster, and finally transitioned into a megastar and record-breaking champion on NXT 2.0 is Mandy Rose. The Total Diva was mainly featured in mid-card storylines for a major part of her career until 2021 returning back to NXT with a complete makeover in look and attitude looking to establish some serious dominance in her second run at the developmental territory.
The year 2021 saw Mandy Rose evolve from being the Golden Goddess into the leader of a ruthless faction named Toxic Attraction with her new teammates Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne. Rose reached new heights of success by defeating Raquel Gonzalez to win her first singles title in the WWE, the NXT Women’s Championship at Halloween Havoc, and beginning the toxic era of domination, going on to hold the title for 320+days (as of this writing).

3. Wrestling Fan…not always?
Many WWE Superstars who break into the business are driven by watching wrestling during their growing years and pursue a lifelong passion build over a period of time before stepping in the ring. That was certainly not the case with Mandy Rose as she wasn’t really into Pro-Wrestling until her ex-boyfriend persuaded her to try out for a season of WWE Tough Enough.
After researching all about the show premises, she initially cleared her audition round, displayed a stellar performance during the show, and finished up as the runner-up of season six, and the rest as they say is history.
4. Goddess Inspirations
Amanda Saccomanno developed her character ‘Mandy Rose’ as a great combination of WWE’s old moniker for Divas, Smart and Powerful. Her entire personality is regarded as an excellent blend of athleticism and beauty taking inspiration from famous Tennis Superstar Serena Williams and Hollywood Mega Star Jennifer Lopez citing them as her role models.

Every successful Superstar in the world of wrestling often credits their coaches and mentors in the development of their in-ring acumen and skills to perform inside the squared circle.
Mandy Rose found her share of excellent coaches to learn the subtle art of wrestling through a knowledgeable trio of veterans i.e., Billy Gunn, Booker T, and Lita. Rose was among the lucky few aspirants to train under three experienced coaches bringing different styles and backgrounds blended together and passed on to one Toxic Leader Mandy Rose.
