5 Legends Who Will Likely Miss WrestleMania 38

WrestleMania 38 is just a few days away as the reverse countdown to the most stupendous premium live event in WWE history has begun. The two-night event will happen on April 2 and 3 at the AT & T Stadium in Dallas. WrestleMania is the night of new stars, modern-era greats and legends.

So far, WWE has announced Stone Cold Steve Austin’s return for the Showcase of Immortals. Fans expect more legends to return on the road to WrestleMania 38, but the following five names are likely to miss the big event.

1. One of the most popular WWE legends John Cena will likely miss WrestleMania

John Cena has built a massive fan following with his incredible performances in the squared circle. He wrestled his last match at SummerSlam, where he lost to Roman Reigns. Since he is busy with his movie schedule, Cena is unlikely to be at WrestleMania this year.

2. One of the most popular legends The Rock will likely miss WrestleMania

Every year on the road to WrestleMania, the rumors of The Rock returning to WWE begin to surface. However, the Brahma Bull has not appeared at ‘Mania since 2016. It is unlikely that he will make an appearance this year.

3. Goldberg

Last month, Goldberg challenged for the Universal Championship in Saudi Arabia. He lost to Roman via submission. Since his contract has reportedly expired, Goldberg is unlikely to wrestle at the Showcase of Immortals.

4. Trish Stratus

Former multi-time women’s champion Trish Stratus is likely to have one or two matches more in her career. However, looking at recent storylines, it seems unlikely she will be at WrestleMania 38.
