Actually, it did but there was a technique to the same. In a video shared by Tap Out Corner, it stated that there were airbags underneath the ring that would eventually deflate at the sheer weight of the two, also with a bit of help from the production crew who would cause the actual deflation from the sides with the help of the wire that was connected.

#2 Jeff Hardy’s pyro failure was just an illusionist’s trick

In a house show in 2009 SmackDown, Jeff Hardy was seemingly injured in a malfunctioning of the pyrotechnics that would light up the stage when he came out to Edge’s invitation of taking over the guest in his show.

Despite it being seemingly real, the pyro technics were just lightning showers that won’t hurt anyone and most importantly to avert injuries at all costs, Jeff soaked himself in water before coming out.

#3 Jake the Snake Roberts pulled off a con trick and we believed it

One of the most terrorizing moments were when Jake started scaring Randy Machoman Savage and his wife, Elizabeth with a king cobra. Now obviously that is one of the most venomous snakes in the world but then again you don’t simply kill Randy Savage because on recorded shows it would usually be a rubber snake while in the ring, a real King Cobra was used but it was already stripped off its poison fangs.

However, the fangs still remained and that is where Savage had his cut and had a mild fever five days later. In a surprising turn of events the cobra died 11 days after biting Savage.

#4 One of WWE secrets – Big Show slammed Cena into an explosive spotlight and the WWE Universe went crazy

It was Backlash 2009 when Edge was battling John Cena in a last-man standing match. The battle went all sorts of crazy but avenging his earlier loss of opportunity for Cena for the WWE Heavyweight championship, Show came out in the PPV and sent Cena through an exploding spotlight. The secret involves Cena hitting sugar glass on impact which isn’t actually glass and shatters way too quickly without hurting you.

The sugar is the reason why Cena’s body also didn’t have a cut in it. Also, there was a cushion inside so that Cena could land safely. For the flash, it was pyrotechnic charges onto the side of the light that exploded on impact.

#5 One of WWE secrets – Big Show has been a major involvement in stunts

In his lead-up to his WrestleMania 21 match, Show was up against Akebono. To showcase his strength, Big Show flipped over a jeep. However, despite being big, can the Show actually have pulled off this stunt?

Well, there is no question about his strength, but he had the help of machines as there was lever which lifted the car slightly from one end so that he could topple the jeep easily.
