1) Royal Challengers Bengaluru
Much of this depends on what Devdutt Padikkal can do at No.3. If he does well, RCB might not need Tim David or Jacob Bethell.
Now, Nuwan Thushara or Romario Shepherd could be used as the fourth foreigner. This lends great balance to the side.
2) Mumbai Indians might use a foreigner as an Impact Player in IPL 2025
MI is one of the teams which could strategically use a foreigner as an Impact Player in IPL 2025. Ryan Rickelton, Mitchell Santner and Trent Boult will surely be a part of the first XI.
Then, depending on the game situation, MI could have the likes of Will Jacks or Mujeeb Ur Rahman as the fourth foreigner. Strong domestic talent helps MI do this.
3) Lucknow Super Giants
LSG is actually forced to do this. They have stacked their batting options from abroad, while the foreign bowling options are thin.
Therefore, the team could start with Aiden Markram, Nicholas Pooran and David Miller and then see if the injury-prone Indian pace attack needs help from Shamar Joseph.
