3 Shows That Should Return On The WWE Pay Per View Schedule 2023

WWE pay per view schedule 2023 is slowly taking shape. The biggest pro wrestling company in the world has surprisingly not announced the full list of PPVs which will happen this year. They are announcing the events one by one.

This year, WWE Payback will make a comeback after a long gap. The last edition of Payback happened in 2020, and now this year, it will take place at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh on September 2. Even WWE Fastlane has returned to the pay per view schedule in 2023, with the Gainbridge Fieldhouse set to host the PLE on October 7.

With a few empty slots still left in the calendar, in this article now, we will look at the three WWE events which should return this year.

1. Super Showdown should return to WWE pay per view schedule 2023

Super Showdown is an event which happened in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Australia’s iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground hosted the event in 2018, while Saudi Arabia played host to the premium live event in 2019 and 2020.

WWE did not conduct this pay per view in 2021 and 2022. Big matches like Triple H vs Undertaker, Goldberg vs Undertaker, Randy Orton vs Triple H, Daniel Bryan vs The Miz and AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe happened on the show. Another grand show will entertain the fans a lot.

2. TLC should return to WWE pay per view schedule 2023

TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs had become a fantastic event in the month of December. However, WWE stopped conducting the event because of lower attention from the fans.

Perhaps, WWE can bring TLC back and conduct the show outside the United States. The Holidays would be approaching, and fans would love a TLC event in December.

3. Evolution

WWE Evolution was a women-only premium live event which happened in the year 2018. WWE should organize the event once again, especially because there are women’s championships in the company now.

Superstars like Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez have been quite vocal about bringing the show. An October show would be perfect for the women.
