3 players RCB could target in the IPL 2026 Trade Window

Despite winning IPL 2025, RCB will want to improve the squad further for the next season. They might look at the trade window to make a few good acquisitions. Here, we take a look at the list of three players RCB could target in the IPL 2026 Trade Window.

1) Spencer Johnson

With the uncertainty surrounding Yash Dayal and Josh Hazlewood’s fragile nature, RCB will want a suitable backup in the squad. Spencer Johnson, although he has not fired in the IPL, can be a good investment. He is a developing player and can offer good value to the side.

2) R Smaran is one of the players RCB could target in the IPL 2026 Trade Window

Smaran was signed by SRH as a replacement, but he got injured again. RCB has long had eyes on him for a spot in the middle order. As a backup to Devdutt Padikkal, RCB will want a youngster with high potential. Smaran will be a suitable choice here.

3) Glenn Phillips

RCB might release Liam Livingstone before the next season. Tim David could now bat at No.5. However, it can be risky considering Tim is not great against spin. As a backup, Phillips can be a good choice for RCB. However, it could take a lot of convincing to get him onboard.
