Yes, he might be a top-order player but he is talented enough to play in the middle order. It was his 29-ball List-A century last year that brought him into the limelight.
2) Mark Chapman
Mark Chapman was one of the best T20 cricketers of the last year. He finished quite a few games with the bat for New Zealand with his excellent big-hitting. Since he would be a backup for Tristan Stubbs, it is worth considering Chapman for DC.
Moreover, he also offers some spin bowling, which can be useful as Lalit Yadav is the third spinner for the side in the probable playing XI. If he finds success, it could lead to Delhi Capitals becoming more balanced with their playing XI.
3) Aaron Hardie
