The Night of Champions have already been burning bright with a slew of star matches that features the likes of the grand finale of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, the rematch between Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes, the tag team match between Reigns and Sikoa and Zayn and KO which already lights up the roster.
However, there is a lot that would yet have to be discussed as there are slots for further matches to be added. And given the names and already the side tributaries forming that can lead to potent rivalries from the WWE Heavyweight Championship spin-offs, a lot of matches may still be in the making. Here are three possible matches that can be further added to the mix.
#1 Austin Theory vs Bobby Lashley
Both Austin Theory and Bobby Lashley are two greats of the sport and were knocked out of the race for the grand finale of the WWE Heavyweight Championship. Austin Theory has been reigning supreme with the USA championship belt around his waist while Lashley has been in rampant form and probably could have got the better of Styles if not for a late twist in the battle and obviously the unstated fact of the storyline. The collision of these two would actually send up the WWE universe in happiness.
#2 Rhea Ripley vs Natalya
A blockbuster Divas match is always welcome and why not when the two big names in question are Natalya and Rhea Ripley. Natalya is one of the enforcers in the Divas section while in the current roster of WWE there is no stopping the might of Rhea Ripley. Hence, if these two can be pitted against each other, you wouldn’t find a better battle than this and obviously the crowd would be loving it.
#3 Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez vs Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey
Liv Morgand and Raquel Rodriguez are already the Women’s Tag Team champions and would not be holding back their punches if given a match at the Night of the Champions. To make this an exciting battle between the defending tag team champions, the pair of Shayna Baszker and Ronda Rousey are probably the most destructive duo that you may find in the industry.
