A premier India fast bowler, it was a surprise to see RCB release Mohammed Siraj. Of course, they will try to get him back using the RTM Card. That said, there will be a host of other teams which will also want a player like Siraj in the team. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of three franchises which could target Mohammed Siraj in IPL 2025 Mega Auctions.
1) Punjab Kings
With a purse more than INR 100 Cr, Punjab Kings will be the richest at the auctions. Hence, they will get a few targets whom they really want. While they will want Arshdeep Singh through the RTM Card, they can also target Siraj.
In the new home venue in Mohali, the long boundaries could help Siraj. He has a lot of variations and if he clicks, he can a realy deal for the franchise.
2) Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals is one of the franchises which could target Mohammed Siraj in IPL 2025 Mega Auctions. It has been a while since DC has had an Indian pacer as the leader of the attack. They will surely target one of them in the upcoming auctions.
Siraj can be the option for the side. He may not be extremely expensive and thereby, the franchise can maintain the balance of the side. The track at home could also help get the best out of Siraj.
3) Sunrisers Hyderabad
SRH is the only other franchise which Siraj played for apart from RCB. Considering Hyderabad is his home-town, Siraj could be a top target for SRH, who have not retained the services of Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
Pat Cummins is already there and SRH might need a top Indian pacer, as well. Siraj will be ideal for the side as the new-ball bowler and also the partner for Pat at the death.
