1) Mandeep Singh (Punjab to Tripura)

Mandeep Singh was a fine servant for Punjab. He also played for Team India and captained the team well at his peak.

Hence, Saha joined Tripura and actually played quite a few games. Now, it appears that he is back to the Bengal setup. His experience will only help the side be consistent at the highest level.

3) Kuldeep Sen (Tamil Nadu to Madhya Pradesh)

It was actually a shocking move when Tamil Nadu signed up Kuldeep Sen. A capped Indian player was leaving his home side while a top team like Tamil Nadu was depending on a cricketer from outside the state. However, the move did not help both parties.
