Royal Challengers Bengaluru had a good run in IPL 2024. They reached the playoffs at the last moment. Now, the management will look to improve the squad. They could target a few good performers in the 2024 T20 World Cup. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of three brilliant bowlers from the 2024 T20 WC whom RCB can target for IPL 2025.

1) Anrich Nortje
Anrich Nortje would be a decent addition to the RCB setup. Delhi Capitals might release the player because of his IPL form and the fact that they have other options to retain.
For RCB, there must be a player who can bowl in all the phases. Nortje can fill the hole in this regard. His pace and hit-the-deck skills would be of great use to the side.
2) Fazalhaq Farooqi
Fazalhaq Farooqi is one of the brilliant bowlers from the 2024 T20 WC whom RCB can target for IPL 2025. The Afghan left-arm pacer did well in the 2024 T20 World Cup, picking the most number of wickets. It is a surprise that he did not get even one match in IPL 2024.
Nevertheless, there would be admirers for him going forward. RCB could also target a player like him. The likes of Reece Topley did not do well in IPL 2024. RCB might need someone younger to provide them with an option for the future. Hence, Farooqi fits the bill here.
3) Adam Zampa
It has been a while since RCB has had a good leg-spinner in the side. This is an area they must work on in the upcoming auctions.
Zampa will be an intelligent pick. He is a quality leggie and can control the innings in the middle-overs. This way, RCB can do better at venues such as Chepauk and EKANA.
