1) Ibrahim Zadran
Already, we have seen some openers getting ruled out of IPL 2024. When it comes to overseas openers, there are plenty of options for the franchises. Ibrahim Zadran is a serious option in that regard.

Qais Ahmad is another rising spinner from Afghanistan. He is already a regular in most of the T20 leagues across the globe.
All the Afghan spinners have some kind of mystery element in them. Qais is more traditional but he possesses all the skills to cause an impact in the T20 format. Hence, he is on this list.
3) Zahir Khan
Zahir Khan is one of the Afghanistan players who could be replacement signings in IPL 2024. So far, Zahir has not played a lot for Afghanistan. That is mainly because of the presence of other spinners in the squad.
That said, Zahir is doing well in some of the T20 leagues. A left-arm wrist-spinner, Zahir offers variety to any team that he joins. We saw the kind of impact Noor Ahmad had last season. Hence, teams could be tempted to try Zahir, as well.
