2 changes SRH could make for their next game against CSK

Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad on Thursday. It was a loss for SRH after a long time. However, this will help them prepare well for their next game. They would next take on the Chennai Super Kings at Chennai. This is a vital fixture in the context of the tournament. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of two changes SRH could make for their next game against CSK.

1) Glenn Phillips for Aiden Markram

Aiden Markram has not been as impactful as the other batters in his team. Against RCB, he had a good chance to make amends with a good knock. However, he failed to play a full toss and had to lose his wicket early. May be, SRH could leave him out for the next game.

Glenn Phillips is a dangerous batter and on his day, he can destroy any bowling attack. Yes, Aiden Markram also can bowl but Phillips is more accomplished as a bowler these days. He would also be the best option to finish the innings if Klaasen plays at No.4 for the team.

2) Rahul Tripathi for Abdul Samad

Rahul Tripathi for Abdul Samad is one of the changes SRH could make for their next game against CSK. If Phillips comes into the side, Abdul Samad might not be needed. Someone else will be required at No.3 and this player has to be good against spinners.

Rahul Tripathi has not done well, so far, in the chances he got. However, he is a quality cricketer and he deserves one more chance. Especially with SRH showing a new brand of cricket, Rahul is someone who can feed off this energy and do well for himself. If he gets going, SRH batting unit further gets stronger. Also, Rahul is a very fine fielder to have.
